Rear dresser bars for the Rocket 3....can they be purchased separately?

Anybody out ther know if the rear dresser bars (also called pannier bars) for the Rocket 3 can be purchased separately, rather than as a set? My Rocket went over on the right side and I need that side.....anybody know the part number?

The front bars are available separately in the UK so cant see why the rear's shouldn't be. Might be different in the US though.

I got them for $140 for both of them ,new on ebay,which is about half the price of the dealer would want. Then sell the one you dont want on ebay,there is probably someone out there who would want it.
