Found the d-m spacer. Not anywhere close to the repair area. What a pain! Thanks for all the support and efforts. The good part is : I was “ forced to contact friends “. As always, you guys taught me info on my favorite toy. Thanks much.

Thanks for the data on the spacers. I become lazy. Instead of looking for the Triumph information I quickly contact our forum. Lots of sharp minds here. It kind of surprised me that I couldn’t find my file on our bikes. Could one of you remember who has the manuals?
