Be four or five days riding on a dead flat , dead straight road. The word Nullarbor comes from a Latin word meaning 'no trees' .. the dungeon-like accommodation is the same price of 4 star motel rooms anywhere else .. fuel and food are twice the price of the places at either end of the road. Can't really risk riding at dawn or after dark due to the roos, emus, camels , donkeys, goats, cattle etc .. getting the picture.
