Hey Hanso, that weekend is fine for Helen & I.
Sorry to hear TC & Cathrine cannot make it, I am sure you guys will be there in spirit and a few bevvies will be had for you both.

Not wanting to be a wet blanket but that weekend's not real good for us. Weekend before or after is good and so is the weekend of 28/29 Sept.
 
Trust you Richard does any body have a objection to bringing it forward one weekend to the fri 30,sat 31august, sun 1 september. later in the month it starts getting very windy here on the south coast ... just one of those seasonal things I chose the second weekend as it is usally nice just before we get the september winds, you might call it the calm in the middle
 
Either or will work for me
 
Either weekend for me, it will be a matter of my work commitments nearer the time but I will do what I can to be there.
 
Whatever you guys do better be BIG!, I'm not traveling around the world for nothing
