I have an 08 R3T and have used the TORS tune until recently. I never experienced the vibrating mirrors. You may be experiencing another minor problem but i don't think the rocket engine is as smooth running as the Valkyrie. I'm currently using Power-Tripps "de-restricting tune", and notice a better breathing engine and much improved performance from 1st thru 3rd.
