Standard Bore
Sorry, this is one of my first postings,
I had not heard if anyone tried this so I thought what the hell. I pulled both stock pipes off the R3T and drilled out the cat. I stepped-up the hole to a 1" bit, it was a bit of a chore on the left side. I had to cut the elbow off and with the help of a buddy, we drilled the hole and welded the elbow back on.
The tone is nice, not loud allot like the TORS that I have heard and the cat removal from the R3Standards. The local stealer had loaded the Triumph tune for aftermarket pipes, the tune worked well (seat of the pants). We are going to put it on the dyno soon to see if it made any difference in torque or HP. I know we like pictures so here's a few.
