I installed my new Clearview 19" screen.

It's 3" taller than and 2" wider than the stock. I opted for the recurve on the screen.

Installation was quick. Just need some adjustments for the lower brackets.

Let me just say, this screen should be stock on the Rocket. I can hear my quiet exhaust at 60mph. It was breezy this morning, I got very little wind in my face. No buffeting. Finally, I can wear my 1/2 helmet and not have my ears ringing from the wind beating. Very nice and well worth the $200.

I like the looks of the recurve aspect. I employed a LameLip (Laminar Lip) until such time as the 100+ wind force in 105 degree interstate temperatures loosened the 3M fasteners and now it's somewhere along I-65. The unit worked great under less than these stressing environmental conditions. I'm lucky it didn't take my head off.

I use Rain-X on my OEM windscreen with great results and no discoloration or other ill effects. I also use Rain-X on my full face shield with the same great results.

I was going to look into an aftermarket before Triumph came out with just the Roadster "Blade" (shield, no hardware). There was no way I was going to pay $500 for another windshield when I could simply have a new blade made for the bike from Clearview or elsewhere. However, the Triumph Blade (new accessory) was $210 and is 7 inches taller than the OEM. I like it. Like yours, it totally did away with buffeting and I can now sit back and clip coupons out of the newspaper if I wanted to. And, like you, the noise level went to near non-existent. The Rocket engine is quiet, but it does have a low end rumble to it. It sounds good to my ears.

and you can get them even taller....there's a 4", 6" and 8" over version available from a guy out here in OZ. Don't know where he gets them from. Appears to be the same width as stock and doesn't have the recurve though.

I got the 24" and the top sits right in the recommended "bridge of the nose" position. Couldn't be happier with it :D
