it looks like you have two choises screwdriver from the left side or take seat material apart and drill hole by the seat latch and triger the latch.
i am thinking that the post on the seat has two rivets

Mine - it is actually enabled when the (hands-free) remote off my keyless is within range so doesn't actually need the ignition to be on; and of course is inactive when remote not present.
Took pictures of seat the post that goes into the latch assy riveted on to the seat also set liner is stappled onto the seat and maybe be able to remove seat liner to drill hole to trigger latch.
Mine is older so it has air ducts for the air filter.
I drilled a hole in mine so if the seat material is off you could grind off rivets
Or drill hole. The position of the hole will be reversed when looking down at the seat.
