Purchasing a used 2020 Rocket 3 GT - what to look out for?

I thought adding the GT bars will require changing the brake and clutch cables as well, is that not the case?
 
I was told by the salesperson that changing the bars will require changing the cables as well, and they go through the bars. So not sure which ultimatley will be more expensive. I will ask them.
 
Ok guys, pulled the trigger on a 2021 GT. I chose the black over the silver/red as I want customize the colour a bit, and starting from black is easier. I thought of either wrapping it or putting on some pin stripes.
Question: What should I look out for at delivery?

Glad for you! As exciting as the anticipation of getting the new bike, it will be even better over time riding it! Over 1 and a half years I've had mine and like it now even more.
