Primary TPS problem P0122

Hello Everyone ive got Rocket 3 Roadster 2014, i bought it like a year ago, with some electrical problems, decide to swap the entire harness to be sure, and the rocket finally starts, downloaded tune ecu app to see error codes and there was like 15 error codes, erase the codes and just leave one P0122 (short circuit to negative) first we checked the resistence ( thanks to R III R Turbo ) and its working fine, just to be sure bought a new one on ebay ( the inner of the sensor its black ) and its working too but install it in the motorcycle and no response (add a photo of the lecture).

any ideas ?
