This shot was taken shortly after I bought the bike.
The first thing I did was drop the CAT and stock Mufflers out, I built a 1 7/8" cross over pipe that slipped onto the stock header, then made the two "mufflers" these have a 2" perforated tube down the center so don't "muffle" toooo much.
I then made up the heat shield to cover the joint from the header to the cross-over.
With K&N filters and a new tune it sure takes off.
