Devastating - babysitter has pulled the pin so I'll have to give tomorrow a miss. Safe ride boys, I'll think about you all while I'm having a tea party with dolls and teddies
sorry scorp, you could'nt have missed by much, we hung around talking for a while, we had a bloody good ride, toodyay, northam and york for lunch, it got bloody hot on the way home around 37 degrees, will post a few pics later.

Cant wait.[/quote]
Always pays to get to meet-up point early .. especially if the blokes are keen riders. Don't hang around sometimes .. I don't anyway.
All good. On my way back home I stopped where there were a lot of custom and classic cars on display. Had a chuckle when people started looking at my bike.
Well it was a great day, just 3 bikes and Keno's wife Oi as a pillion. Stopped for a nice lunch at a pub in York. I think I clocked up 280 from my front door till home again.
got a little hot in the afternoon but it wasn't too bad when you maintain 120kph or so with your jacket zipped down a little.
Yes ,we reckoned we had a full contingent so we left 15 mins or so early. It was warming up so it was good to get a few extra klms up before midday.
It was pretty uneventfull except for the 2 dickheads racing their cars on the scenic road through Chittering with one of them on the wrong side of the road doing 140Kph+.
Generally the roads were fairly quiet , in Northam we would have been lucky to see 4-5 souls and the pubs and cafes were quiet as well.
There is a WA RAT ride on the 24th of this month if any of you WA owners are interested . They are taking the long way to Bunbury from Kelmscot so I imagine it will be around 450 klms minimum for the day if you live in the Perth suburbs.
Keno and I are going and Pedro is hoping to make it if his work shifts allow.
