Download & open it with TuneECU App. If you see true 100% Power (not 75% or less!) for 100% throttle in the "Sport-Mode" (eq. ECU3). You know it !!!

I’ve done this a million F’ing times. The OEM tunes are restricted.

I'm sorry I just found the other URL, with the tuned version from Ulf Penner, which first looks quite the same, but THIS/HIS CUSTOM TUNING LIST is much shorter. TuneECU Custom tune list Triumph
I'm very sorry!
 
What can be done is wait till Ulf Penner released his special tuned versions for your Rocket 3 - OR we build our self modified Rocket 3 ETC-Versions !?!

ONE simple Idea:
1. Find and download the correct, NOT TUNED OEM ECU-Maps for your Rocket 3 GT/R (see: Triumph OEM tune list 3&4 cyl)
2. Find and download the tuned ECU-Maps from Ulf Penner for a Rocket 3 TFC (see: TuneECU Custom tune list Triumph)
3. Open your NOT TUNED ECU-Maps for your Rocket 3 GT/R in the Android TuneECU-App (see: TuneECU.net)
4. Compare your NOT TUNED ECU-Maps in the TuneECU-App with the tuned ECU-Maps (from great Tuner Ulf Penner) for a Rocket 3 TFC
5. Copy ALL the tuned Tables of the tuned ECU-Maps for the Rocket 3 TFC now INTO your ECU-Maps for your Rocket 3 GT/R
6. Verify and save your modified ECU-Maps for your Rocket 3 GT/R

ATTENTION: NOT ONLY just the ETC3-Table has been modified & tuned by Ulf Penner - Versions; also the AFR-Table and some others!
