2014 Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster
I pulled the engine from my 2014 Rocket Roadster and just put it back in. I don't have any leftover bolts, but I have a part which needs to find a home. Recognize this? IMG_0553.JPG

Yes look at your throttle cables down and about you throttle bodys.. Right behind your reservoir for the radiator. Just way to **** easy. Got to beat out the master. What you think mister machinist. Not bad for a dumb fuciking welder. Warp 9 is the master just a smart as8 pupil.

Thanks. I also found it in one of the pictures I took during disassembly, but that pic was blurry and I didn't recognize it until I looked closer. Now I have to figure out why it won't crank. Everything lights up, but it doesn't crank. Kickstand is up, e-stop is in run position, key is on, battery's good, but no go.

Way to go ol man! Ya nailed it!

Are you pulling in the Clutch too?
Duh and Thanks. I'm not sure why i forgot that, but you're right - I hadn't pulled in the clutch. I can come up with some excuses, none of which are good enough. Here's a few - 1) I'm 72 years old 2) I also ride two Harleys that don't need the clutch pulled in to start 3) I've only ridden the R3R 300 miles since August of 2019 due to mechanical issues 4) Oh, did I mention I'm 72 years old? Thanks again. You made my day!

You're welcome. Getting old ain't a pretty sight. When I was a young man, my Dad told me, "Son, don't get old". Too bad he didn't tell me how to not get old. But I'm still riding - 4 motorcycles and 2 pedal bikes. Met an old biker once who had 5 cycles and still rode at 91.
