Parking Lights Out - Help Please

I fired up the roadster for the first time this year last weekend. The parking lights do not work. Everything else works fine, including the indicator lights. Since the bulbs are the same and therefore work, my next thought was a fuse but I only see indicator lights in the fuse box schematic. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Other info - Battery was out of the bike all winter - I failed to take a snapshot so I could have hooked up incorrectly. Bike does run well - I added 95 cold but fun miles on Sunday.

About 92 days without starting or riding the bike, that hurts me hurts bad.

Turn the ignition switch to "P" and see if the lights come on. If you pull the wiring plug on the right side of the upper frame, (one for each head light) the yellow wire goes to the position lights and the black goes to ground. (The other two wires are lo and hi beam)You can test the bulbs by using an alligator clip or voltage probe.
