I just received my beautiful new panniers, simply popped the tumblers into the barrels and done deal. Since I needed the torque spec for the mounting hardware, also beautifully designed, I downloaded the manual only to find this mind numbing procedure of practically disassembling the entire lock to accomplish what took me seconds. Either I'm missing something or the instructions are for a previous version.
