Paint in engine.

It was not a problem as such ,On the inside I cleaned up the loose paint, and On the outside I sanded and used paint stripper.Repainted the outside and it has been all good for 5 years .

Looks like it was assembled @ 4:43 on a Friday.

Shortly after that, and already well into tea time, my Speed Triple T509 must have been assembled. I did not find paint in the engine, but a cloth:


The mechanic must have put some rum into his tea and decided to add the option "upholstered oilpan" to a Triumph Trophy as well: (2:35)
Consider yourself lucky if paint is what you find inside a Triumph engine. Thank god they are not building them in England any more.
