I haven't looked closely at the touring tank as I haven't seen many around my area, mostly Roadster and Standards....... but IF there is enough interest and IF I can get hold of a Touring I would definitively look into it.

Well after the UK customs finally pulled their finger out (nearly two weeks) I finally got mine this morning. Well happy with the result. Pics of a shiny black on an X as promised.

The indicators touch it on full lock (when parked on side stand), so I'm going to have to pull my finger out and get the new indicators installed before it starts to mark it.
I think the gloss suits it better than mat. I'm sure I'll be asked lots of questions next time I bump into fellow captains that aren't already in the know.
