off to see the wizard..

Sure thing. I would probably enjoy the extra 30 horses but truly it is a rush at 216. I'm not sure what the additional torque numbers are on the 240 kit. I purchased this bike from a member of this group about a year ago. It only had 5k or so on the clock and pristine. Whatever you decide you will be happy.

One other thing that was done at Carpenter was the transmission upgrade with billet 4th gear. It is probably a good idea.

Have you ever been on a track? going fast in a strait line gets a little old. Buyers remorse seldom ever happens with any rocket.

I second the "get the 240" sentiment. I have the 265 and the 240 and they feel about the same depending on elevation. Just terrific across the board.
You have both?? What the heck, now all you need is the 210 to round out your resume. Seriously, thanks for your input. I was wondering how different the 240 and 265 are. I never even considered the 265, but the 240 option remains on the table. I guess cost does play a part to which build I go with. I want the transmission back cut so that'll add to the package total. Good to hear from someone who has both.
