I know what you mean. Having done a lot of 'event' cooking down here in the flatlands over the years, I also am real familiar with the amount of work that goes along with it. So, let me say thank you for pulling this together.
 
Old guy once told me, " if you don't say it, it won't get done".

If you're coming and you're on suspect tires BE CAREFUL when you're here. Fog, rain, leaves on the road and low visibility at times lead to accidents. An auto slid off the BRP yesterday.

We anxiously await your arrival.
 
We have had 4 days of good soaking rain and cooler weather is coming in. October rocks.
