North Georgia in say...Octoberish?

The ride home was a good one. Left Monday and as it was really frosty we hung around until it warmed up a bit. After a late breakfast myself, Warp, Steel and Pres10 headed for the Tail of the Dragon. We stopped at the tourist trap at the North Carolina end before heading through and saw a Harley and a Ducati 1098 dropped in the parking lot!!!! It was a great brisk ride with almost no traffic and no idiots. At the Tennessee end we stopped for refreshments before we parted company with Scott and John headed south west and Scott and I Northbound. At that point the ride became about putting miles on and getting home. We'd left it late getting going so my plan of being in Michigan for the night began to fade. We got into northern Kentucky as the sun was going down and it quickly got cold so after a phone call to The Kid we met Kenny and his wife for supper and then spent the night at their house, a beautiful log home in the country but only a few miles from I-75 (say hi to Gunter and Annabelle from me, Kenny). The next morning we headed out early and Scott turned west and I continued north at the Ohio river by Cincinatti. I got home at eight after a fantastic 6 day trip

Things you hear on the road!

On The Sunday, post BBQ ride we had a bit of an incident when one of the riders had to pull over with a rad leak. After finding the problem and the usual running around gathering up parts all was fixed and off we rode to meet up with the rest of the gang at a nearby restaurant.
After stuffing ourselves with a Chinese buffet we went out to the parking lot to find this!

The owner looked and went......WTF!

Warp said," It looks like it leaked from the bottle"
"What bottle"?
"The bottle of spare coolant I took from your saddle bag"

I never got the pic where he burst out laughing when he realised he had been had....

WAY TO GO, DUK!
TOO FUNNY ! ! ! . . . and pulled on the correct dude!
After all that engine work, I bet he soiled his jeans???
