Next bike will be an R3 Tour

Anybody want to buy a Vulcan 1500? I was out of riding for 25 years and knew the Kawi dealer. Bought the 1500 FI, added pipes and intake and had a really great ride this summer to Sturgis. I almost got sold on the HD and decided I had to find out just how top heavy the R3 is. It's not. Sits as well as an HD FL and how can it not be better with half again as much torque. I'm smiling like I already own one!!!!

It doesn't matter if you ride fast, it matters if you can! R3

Can't help you with the Vulcan. I already have too many bikes. Just buy the new one and ride the Vulcan on rainy days.

Welcome. Never rode a vulcan, but a buddy at work has 1 and I ordered a back pillion for one off fleabay then made it fit the Rock.
Daughter likes it better than stock. When you go for that test ride, be sure to take your checkbook. Oh yea, an hang on tight..

I have a friend that has an older 1500 Vulcan. It ate the plastic oil pump dive gear and locked up like two dogs. Almost killed him. Then the IRS audited him. Soon there after his wife ran off with another woman. Then he got fired at work. You should get rid of that thing ASAP
