New Zard Pipe for the 2500cc

Here it is. Not my post. If not supposed to post it here I'll delete it but just to show the absolutely sh!t quality on these supposedly premium exhausts!
Wow!, I was considering going with Zard, but after seeing this, I won't risk spending that much money then waiting a month and a half for some garbage like this to arrive in the mail.

Not sure if someone has already asked this question but is the Zard pipe compatible with the Triumph factory side bags? The bags are a tight fit with the stock pipe.

NOTICE: OEM SIDE BAGS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS
SLIP-ON DUE TO THE HEAT OF THE GASES EMITTED FROM IT

This is from the Zard website. So answer is no.

Someone on the Rocket 3 FB page had a weld on the Zard that was MUCH worse. So much so he's sending it back. Seems quality has maybe come down a bit. Too bad for that price!
I saw that and that was one piece of horrible welding. I'll never buy a Zard POS after seeing that.

Looks like there is no left pipe and they use a carbon fiber cover to hide the lack of pipe. But maybe I'm not seeing it correctly.
I haven't yet seen an exhaust system that looks better than stock on the R3s. I've also never seen any performance increase from any so I'm sticking with stock until some compelling exhaust comes along!

Nice. You need to complement that with carbon heat shields on the headers now. It just never stops, does it (-:
Im thinking of buying a black Zard for mine but I won't be buying the carbon header shields as I think they look ridiculous over the stock header colour. Would work over black but they look tacky over silver

Looks great

0.5cm is less than a quarter-inch. Judging from Thackleberry's photos per post #165 above, they did not think very long or hard about it (-:
It does say on the sight they are not compatible with bags as the heat will melt them

Because the stock pipes make the bike sound like an underpowered sewing machine that's why
Twisting throttle mine sounds nothing like a High Powered sewing machine. Excellerating hard sounds like nascar.
I get what you are looking for though.

A little more attitude at idle would be nice. Nothing too loud but just a "I mean business' rumble would be sufficient. I'm not into the 200db making small animals explode at 30' but just a healthy disposition. I think you get my drift.
