Someone on the Rocket 3 FB page had a weld on the Zard that was MUCH worse. So much so he's sending it back. Seems quality has maybe come down a bit. Too bad for that price!
Here it is. Not my post. If not supposed to post it here I'll delete it but just to show the absolutely sh!t quality on these supposedly premium exhausts!
Guy posted Zard's reply that welds are made by their best welders and they are willing to polish them off for another 100E or pounds. Sounds like a sh!t company.

If that is their best welder(s) work, it is probably time for Zard to abandon MC exhausts and transition to furnace fabrication instead. Zard's earlier exhausts were always virtual exhaust art, welding included - and expensive for just that reason. This here is simply atrocious. And it is a terrible place to locate the weld seam as well - right at the top of the can and along its entire length - which would necessitate machine-welding to be performed faultlessly, in fact.
There was normally only one Exhaust Builder who produced nicer pipes than Zard - fellow Italians Moto Corse. Equally unaffordable and mostly in titanium, though, for Ducati, MV and BMW - exemplary weld joints all around. Zard clearly has lost that edge but still favours calling for the same margin.
that welding work don't reflect the price you pay for that exhaust. I haven't seen something that bad in a commercial exhaust for sale and I had several brands in different engines, never that bad.
