New year ride

Went for our new year ride today the weather was nice rode over to Murphy NC to meet a couple friends at brothers restaurant good food as usual

Great to see my family. We all needed the ride. Mully was having close encounters with a deer, really close. I now have my Redneck Wok. Thanks to Wendy and Jay. I got in about 260 miles round trip.

I would rather ride wet and cold to see friends than waste a day on the couch watching meaningless football. We don't get second chances to enjoy days like this. At some of our ages each day counts even more. I broke several traffic laws including disregarding a red light and flipping off several folks most of which were in Mercedes. 2019 is starting off nicely.

The club I belong to down her in Fort Walton Beach ride the New Year in as is we are on the road when the bells chim, They have done it that way for the last twenty years I have only joined them a few times this year being one of them.
Jay please do not twist that throttle as your front wheel will leave the ground with all that weight on the back
