well boys,
eureka springs is a ways off. when's the next between ride? i'll be gettin my tires soon. the 29th in fact. gonna be itchin for a weekender with momma soon. any suggestions?

when ever you can,Dave. did you get some tires yet? my cobra (front) came in. i'm waiting on the 205 rear to get here.. the cobra looks to be very well made as far as i can tell,just by looking... i hope it's as good, or better, than the metz. how's Dawn ? hope she's doing ok.

update

got tires installed,along with flips' fine little brake line clamps. every thing is working as expected. i'd like to go see Paul and Heather soon so to see how the tire holds up and get Pauls opinion about it. nothing like a non darksider to shed objective insight on the matter. may be i can talk him into going for short spin...... That ought to wrinkle a face or two. gawd,i'm starting to sound like i need to go for a ride,a long one..... bye for now.

I'm thinking about attending the Gypsy's Aardvark rally next weekend, for the Saturday anyways. It's only 25 miles from my house and I'm single for the next couple of weeks, but that means I'm the only one here to feed horse, dogs, cats, etc.. lol. It's not fair.. They go on vacation, I get more work..

Would you be able to put out extra food for everything? Or would you just need to be home by decent time? Maybe you offer free horse rides and we can help out. ha ha
 
I haven't been to the Aardvark before, but I've been to other Gypsy's rallies and this one's been going on for many years. As for being sure if I'm going. I'm going. After this week, I'll need an escape!.. hahaha

As for the horse, I won't be able to put out extra, but I may be able to head home in the early afternoon and feed them and then get back to the rally. That's my thought at the moment anyways..

and hey, free rides would be doing them good! They need to be ridden, I just don't have time...

Looks Good

Looks good to us. Can you suggest a budget prices motel in the area? Hopefully, Bear's back won't be hurting him too bad. But this ride would be not toooo far for him to ride. Looks like we could ride up Saturday morning early and then come home Sunday sometime.
