HI im new to all this so here goes, Ive had my Rocket a couple of months now ,Its a 2006 model and main bulb in one of the headlights is just glowing and will not go onto high beam. i wondered if anybody could give me any tips on what it could be. ATB Fatbloke England .
 
A faulty bulb be my guess .. try swapping them over and see if it changes sides .. Welcome to the Forum.

Cheers for your replies , Ive bought a new bulb so will stick it in when it stops raining, lol thats everyday in England. I was unsure if it was as simple as the bulb as both bulbs do light up but one of them is dull and the parking light is dim too.

Sounds like a burned out bulb.

With a 2006 model, you should also see if a headlight relay kit has been fitted or not. If not, you should do so right away before your ignition switch burns out. Several threads on here with instructions.
 
Fatblokes Faulty Bulb

Rockets going back to the dealer to be sorted out as i can't find the fault. Changed bulb and checked earth but still the bulb is glowing orange.
