Greetings to all, I'm Jim, retired elevator mechanic, previous harley bagger, current Ural side car Gear-Up, future Rocket trike in next years budget.
I'm limited to 3 wheels, dearly wanted a Harley trike but M8 factory spec on allowable crank runout is .012, that's not a motor, it'a a pepper grinder just able to make it thru warranty.
The Ural sidecar rig is a ton of fun but it's also like herding a waterbed down the road, eventually gets old.
Gave Indian Challenger a serious look, only problem is no one does a trike kit for it yet, but soon will I expect.
Then I discovered the Rocket 3 has a trike kit and it looks to me like a perfect combo.
Plan A is follow sites like this & learn the bike, when next years budget comes around about this time, I'll be set to start a order going.
Advice on this plan is much welcomed.
