Actually they make both bias ply and radials in the Cobra chrome - the standard R3 sizes are available in Radial ply.

Getting a set delivered in the next few days, surprisingly cheaper here than a standard pair of Cobras.
Hope the weather in the UK picks up to get out and use them, I don't ride in sub zero weather or anything close to it, too many episodes when I was younger of ending up on my arse sat in the road wondering what happened
