Chalkie Steve makes really good quality T bars in a variety of sizes in both black and polished stainless. Shame you can't see them (unless you want to sign up)
 
Usually on the front of 1978 Eldorado.
Shiny and have pointy ends.

Sometimes has rope lasso on the horn

Seen frequently in the Texas panhandle, near you.
