I just bought a BF Goodrich g-force Sport Comp-2 in 245/50/16 (this is .79" wider than the 225/55/16)
Haven't maounted it yet. Do you think I'm going to have problems with it rubbing?

Returned the 245 for a 225: Didn't want to risk the rub
The tire makes the Rocket look even more massive. Let me know how it handles. I switched to a 215/60. Don't know when it will get installed. You were right, I think narrower will suit me better. When the state gov did away with the inspection plate, I moved my lic. Plate all the way up. Discovered a red reflector back there. I think you should move it up, show off the big tire
Ha, you know I didn't even realize I could move it (License plate) up. First thing when I get home tonight it's going up. I want to show off the massive tire. Only real difference I've noticed while riding is I lean my body just a little more at slow speed turning, next I\ll have to shoot up the local Ogden canyon and see how it floats.

PS
Do some burn outs on dirt and make sure to get the edge of the tire good and clean to remove all the mold release that is on all new tires.....M/C and Car tires
