We had that conversation with a hiway patrol officer the other day and i lost $100.00 dollars, i made a bet that the blue lights were illegal and only to be used by leos, the officer told me they were perfectly legal as long as they were not flashing, here in Oklahoma you see cars with blue headlights everywhere

Here - you'd have won the bet. The only blue lights are leo - what's more they're lit (not flashing) even when just driving. Rather convenient at night. :wink:
