My Moto Hobo life

Some great pictures, looks like a great ride.

Thanks!

I am glad people like them as I risk life & limb when riding to hold my phone in my left hand while starting/stopping recording or taking a snapshot with my right hand.

Luckily, I have one of the original Rockets (pre-06) that had advanced gyroscopic engineering that allows it to handle better in the tight corners single handed.

Some safety minded friends I used to ride with sent me a Go-Pro but I’m still learning how to use it and haven’t mounted it yet...

So that explains why I wave at other rider's going the other way way lent over in the curves why it stays planted on the road.

I have noticed some of them do a double look.

That must really screw up there line.

Something to said about the 06.
Well mine has a build date of 10/05

Take a look at Leader Accessories - Motorcycle Action Camera Mounts Work with All Cameras

This is mine (I have a Sony but they also accommodate Go Pro) - see details plus picture here - Camera Mount

Here (below) is a good example of a GoPro mount - Urban "Shortie" Camera Mount - Universal Brake/Clutch (Chrome)

I really like this Bar-Clamp style mount - puts the camera in good forward-looking viewpoint and also makes any controls (for stop/start of video etc) really easy to access - the picture shows the 'shortie' but you can also get taller ones (same essentially, just longer stem)

But if that's not your cuppa tea, they have other mounting locations available too - like directly to bar or mirror
(note that you might also have a coupon available from the site, so be sure to get that!)

Also note you may also need a GoPro adapter (link) (depending on what your camera kit came with - most of these mounts just have the std 1/4-20 threaded tripod mounting stud so if your camera did not come with adapter you will need that too)

I will take a picture of my GoPro when I get home.

Mine is mounted on the fly screen.
Bike is in the workshop, fly screen in the garage collecting dust.
