Seriously, pull it off & run a rag through the inside to wipe away any moisture. spray some hairspray (if you don't have any, go buy a cheap $2 can of hairspray) in it & slide it back on while the spray is still wet so it will slide on easy, then let it dry for a while. It wont come off.
But if after you take it off, it slides back on real easy without having to "wet it" with the hairspray, then it's probably too loose & you will need to replace them (or use the method that @Bedifferent uses)
