Mud Paws for cold weather riding.

My bike won't start on cold mornings even using the tender on it,
so I just jump it off with the truck.
Long as I go for a ride at lunch, she'll crank up to take me home.
Didn't one day and had to get a buddy to jump me off so I could leave work..
Been using the PC625 for a couple of years now, been jumping it when temps dip below about 40,
so far so good.

Ive had no trouble starting my bike in 20 degree weather.
Makes me wonder xhd, is it not enough juice from the batt. or is it a fuel issue? Will the engine crank, but not start? Is it a weak starter or batt?
Is there a drain on the battery when the ignitions off?
