Hello everyone! I'm looking at the signs of spring coming, and wanted to get a start on a mod i was picturing over the winter. I have the insanely awesome, why doesn't everyone have this, DeCosse keyless ignition setup on my 14 R3R, and do not use the ignition switch. I am thinking about moving the gauges on the roadster forward of the bars and down above the ignition switch. I think this will clean up the lines of the bike a bit. Has anyone done this, or in changing your bars do you have some input on how this might work with the wiring to the gauges? I haven't done any work in that area on the bike yet, so I'm asking here before I start wrenching and measuring. Thanks all, and I hope your riding season starts great!

It’s pretty easy to relocate the gauges, you’ll just need some steel or alu sheet/plate to fabricate a bracket with.

I’ve had my clocks in a few different positions ....at the moment they are split one above the other

Your second photo is exactly what I’m looking to do. I’m hoping to come up with some kind of bracket and not have too much trouble with the wiring. Thanks very much for posting those.

It’s not terribly complex in that area, just grab a vice and some 1/8” plate you can bend, chop to fit.
