Got a great buy on Craigslist of an aftermarket fiberglass king tour pak and Mustang arm rests. Spent a month sanding and painting, and sanding and painting. Had a beautiful day here in Northern Virginia and got it all mounted. Wife tried it out today and likes it. All ready for our next trip.

Definitely not for me, but function over form is a lot more sensible than form over function. Congrats, hope it works for you.

You should take a picture of the entire bike so we can get a better idea of how the whole vehicle looks now though.

That looks great. Tell us about the mounting brackets. And some pictures showing the complete bike would be good. Thanks it really does look good.

I wanted something that my wife and I could ride comfortably. She said it had to have a trunk and wanted arm rests too, so, They got mounted. Here's a pic of the entire bike.

Thanks Rick. I bought the unpainted trunk and mounting bracket off of Craigslist (package deal). The bracket was for a Vulcan. The width was correct, but I needed to grind off the spacers on the inside of the bracket arms, since the Rocket fender had spacers there already. Also had to redrill the front hole to match the Rocket, but that was just a minor 'adjustment'. The trunk was well made fiberglass with a large plywood base for reinforcement. I've attached photos of the bracket from underneath and the arms. Also the back of the trunk. I added a bright LED running/brake light to the rear as well as the reflective Triumph sticker.

Looks good. Thanks for the information. I am thinking of doing the same thing, including side bags and a full fairing.

That looks comfy for the wife and you certainly have space to haul stuff! Nice touring mod.
