I have not mastered the Kentucky/Tennessee curves. I try to ride them at least one week per year. That said, I have seen big differences in mileage. Elite series 3 or 4 are double what you get on the Factory tires. Michelin doesn’t make a direct replacement for the Rocket Touring model. 180s compared t 185s. Not much different. I’ve ran Michelin on my touring for 3 straight rears. Always got 15,000 miles plus. The fronts, have done well with Elites.
