I assumed that's why you had missed them off mate, but last I heard Sam had a few in the pipeline and I'm not sure if all of them are spoken for. I know he occasionally has people dropping out so there may be a set or two to be had. Sam has said a couple of times that "these would be the last", but he seems to be open to persuasion. 
Somebody must be bribing him with the offer of midgets or something.
