When I first got into the M109r's The bike would come up wheen I would jump out the hole. So I put sum lowering links and dropped the rear 2.75 inches.
This Roadster wants to stand up just by cracking the throttle in first gear. Has anyone lowered the R3R in the rear? If so how? And will it enable you to jump on first gear without coming up so much. If the wheel would stay down I could enjoyfirst more!. Not much of a wheelie Man!!!LOL
I lowered mine by changing rear suspension to Hagon nitro 290mm.
This lowers it by 1" but then I put the Bridgestone exadra Max on the rear thus raising the rear by 1/2". The Hagons are a much better set up. Does not stand up under power any more.
