Lower Front Cowl Removal

I'm doing an oil change this weekend and am wondering if anyone here has a diagram/video handy on how to remove the lower cowl without breaking anything?

Thanks! I have never ever seen or heard of someone putting teflon tape on drain plugs but to each their own.

Not a fan (or user) of the teflon tape either but I remembered this video showed the front cowl very well.

If you are going to do your own spanner work, the service manual is a must. Find it in the files section of the R3 group on FB. Get this updated version, it's fully searchable unlike the older upload: Service Manual

I have it on my pc at home, yt is easier more often than not for simple stuff like this.

Don't forget that there are two drain plugs. Dry sump system.

I believe there are three drain plugs to remove for an oil change.
