Not sure you can say it is "unmolested" but I have one that is black powdercoated that I no longer use. (switched to triple K&Ns)
The outside is in good used condition, (a very few very minor dust spots in the powdercoat) but apparently on the inside, they did not remove the plastic clip so it bubbled the powdercoat on the underside.
It doesnt effect the outside appearance or the mounting, but it only has the mounting tab in the middle, and does not have the plastic clip....you would need the plastic clip from your old one. PM me if you are interested.

You are right. I caught that recently and adjusted the price to $90 including shipping. Things were a bit crazy when I first started on this project. I was trying to take the bike apart and list the items at the same time. To tired & to many mistakes. Should have taken time to do one thing and move on to the next . Plus a little more research.
