Let's Ride

I haven't traded the Street Triple yet. I am trying to determine how much off roading we will actually do. The Ryker is a triple track machine so off roading needs to be desert style or hard pack dirt roads. Not a lot of that in well manicured Houston.

May pick up a 2014ish Valkyrie for long tours then think about a dual sport later. Something like a r 1250 GS to eat up road miles, then offroad at the destination.

Hey Lets go do 3090 and a burger tomorrow Wednesday 17th. I think we found the source of the hot rear brakes.

I actually have to be responsible. I received 2 job offers yesterday and need to finish up some adulting before I go back to work.
Have to get the Super Duke and the Sportage safety inspections, then go get them registered in Texas.
Also have to do some medical requirements for the jobs... TB test and such, you know how it is working in medical facilities...

AAAND I'm probably going to pick up a 2019 BMW R 1250 GS or Ducati Multistrada 1260 S in the next couple days

Your'r going to buy a new bike and go back to work?! Makes no sense.

Well, yes and no. I don't have to go back to work. The wife is quite happy and encourages me to not work. I want to work because I want another new bike. Yes, I know, strange...

You wait until you need to do the valves!.

In this category the Beemer is the best bike, hands down. There are thousands of these things. The make a lot of power on thin air and have extremely good brakes not to mention super-fast push button shifting. It's like a whole new sport has formed around the GS.

We can go visit my friend Kevin in the pic. He has gone over the exhausts and tunes train. He's a good driver. You two would have fun on the GSs
