Finally got them on Jardines headers and exhaust. I believe I've got a leak though. Lots of popping on decel when letting go of the throttle. I know I have a map 20773 by Ulf Penner and I'm assuming it's okay with this exhaust.
I installed refusing the gaskets I had on my factory exhaust and very audible and visible leak. Then I installed doubling up. New gasket then reuse the old one. Still believe it's leaking cause of the popping. Can't really test water and soap to see if it bubbles as the block and headers are boiling the water away as soon as it touches.
Any help guys how can I fix this ? I'd hate to remove them. I really enjoy the sound. I haven't cruised yet so no idea on how hot they will be but I can feel just from stading near while it idles feels much hotter.

Any time you add a bigger diameter pipe it is going to suck more air in to make it bang.
option is pull in clutch to stop the banging

Got a good sound, I'd ride her for an hour or so and retighten all bolts and connections. Make sure you're wearing jeans at a minimum and keep knees open. Maybe install heat deflectors/shields.
