Every six weeks we should do a decent day ride ... 250 - 400 klms. Then every third ride should be a 600klm overnighter in a country pub somewhere ... we could bring the girls along on that one.

Geeez why is Brisy so dam far away!!! if you guys were to come south on your 600 over niter, with enough notice some of us southerners could come up and meet you at say somewhere like Port Macquarie about (600 to 700km from here ) for example ... just a thought

For overnighters we do several, back roads up to Maidenwell Hotel, on the last Saturday of every month they do a pig on the spit, you will often see a bunch of us at that one, back over Bunya Mts on Sunday. The food is awesome on that night, stacked high and full of heart attack material, camping or if you book ahead they have half a dozen low grade rooms, but when yer pissed it doesn't really matter.

Or the Royal (I think) at Tenterfield has cheap rooms, we usually go over Glorious, Boonah, Kyogle for bfast with the NSW (bloosers) contingent, Casino then out the Bruxner to Tenterfield, an awesome ride with fast sweepers most of the way. On Sunday time challenged people ride back straight up the New England, others reverse the Saturday route.

We also regularly go down to Bellingen but try and make that a 3 dayer so we can get on the piss properly on the Saturday at one of the club members places.

I agree, setting a club up isn't really worth it if there's only a few of you, too much hassle.

BTW I was in Pipemasters the other day, he's moved the workshop out to Camp Mountain conveniently up the road from here, I was getting my headers modified, in there was a R3 getting a set of extractors fitted, they sounded awesome! Not sure if they made any difference performance wise although I'm not sure you'd need that anyway but they sounded and looked really cool!

They were all bolted up for testing before pulling them apart for chroming. Not sure if it was a one off or is going to make them a product line, I can ask if anyone is interested.

They also do 6 into 6 systems for CBXs and had about 30 sets packed up to go to the states, a great little aussie cottage industry there!

Pig and ride up to the Bunya Mountains sounds great .. f#ck now i'm hungry Northern NSW is always good , especially if we have a run ( cops busy bothering others) like the other weekend.

WTF???
Hell yeah we do, Cant have too much grunt
I put extractor pipes on my R3, together with K&N filters and a dyno and found 40+ hp
Now that's cheap PONIES.
