Looks like Kisan now have a plug in replacement tail light that simply replaces your current bulb.(They may have always had this, but it LOOKS new). Previously the Tailblazer was, to the best of my knowledge, a wire-in unit. Has anyone bought one of these plug in bulbs for the Touring ?
Shortstop, this is the link I have. It's not meant as an advert for CC, it's just that they are the only seller I'm aware of down here in OZ. Kisan, products,Kisan on Cruiser Customizing
I initially started off with the Kisan tailBlazer bulb on my R3T. I wanted a brighter bulb in the tail lamp. I was not happy with the brightness and it seemed like it was more 'directional' in its light pattern (maybe its just me). So I gave it to a buddy that rides and R3C and I bought and installed the 100HD solid state tailBlazer. I like it much better with the use of an LED bulb.
