In keeping with my slow progression of mods to my 2025 GTS... this was the kickstand upgrad. To date, the only after market part for the kickstand is from Xray in Italy at $100 usd.
I took the measurements of the kickstand ~ 1"x2" and the tiger 900 kickstand most closely matches it.
On Amazon I was able to find a kickstand pad "Tiger 900 2020 rally pro" pad that most closely matched the Italian (Xray) example for only $13.00 usd. I don't have a series of images but will simply say it's extremely easy to fit to the bike with carefully planed modifications to the top mounting plate.
Could you perhaps elaborate a little on "carefully planed modifications"? Are we talking bending the top plate? Or grinding?
Also, what's the underside of this? Is it metal? Or plastic/rubbery? (My garage floor has an epoxy coating, and want something that will prevent the metal scraping/gouging the epoxy - I currently use a plasticky plate that I move under the stand when I park in the garage)

It was simple grinding of the top plate to match the profile of the kickstand. The bottom plate is aluminum as it the top plate.
I don't want to make assumptions that everyone has or can access the tools necessary. I got yelled at over assumption of what people have as I posted builds on previous bike upgrades on other forums over the years.
I just wanted a kickstand plate that would cover me on the road for dirt grass, and asphalt.

Thank you. I do have a grinder, so that's not an issue. Bottom plate being aluminum is a problem for me unfortunately (will still scrape the floor coating). Maybe I can glue on a rubber pad to it... Hmm
The other one is still small enough to go into soft ground. Not the pad. So it's kinda pointless to hack up a nice kickstand to put a pad on there that only works on materials that the stand would usually work on otherwise.

Agreed - I was just looking for something that was attached to the kickstand and would not scratch the epoxy floor. For now, I'll continue to use the one I have now.
I don't have saddlebags on the R3, so carrying the pad around is not fun.
