Hi,
I just purchased the pannier kit for my 22 R3 GT. All was going well with the install. I got my first barrel installed and mounted.
When I went to pull the 2nd key barrel out of the factory sleeve, parts fell everywhere. Brass insert things and springs. I think i found them all,
but I also assume they go together in a very specific order to match the key?
Now i can't get my first barrel out to compare it either. I was 5 seconds from done and disaster
Any idea how to remove the first barrel?
Any suggestions how to reassemble this barrel?
I'm also curious if something is missing that holds it all together in the first place. They were botchy still in the factory plastics in the triumph notebook.

the best i can explain is if the key has a deeper cut in it then it will take the long cylinder in first if cut short then a short cylinder.
take it to a lock smith lol

I figured it out. Ill post what to do incase any other fool has this issue.
1st Put the key in before removing from the plastic holder. In my defense I did glance through the manual per the warning but did not see it in the contents or TOC so i just went for it. I think i had the key in the first one so no issue. My bad. If the key is in, it wont fall appart.

To fix, each pin has a number. Guess one, insert key. IF its flush you got it right.
