K&N 3 filter swap, AIT sensor

Good day group, when one installs the K&Ns that go under the bear claw, what do you do with the AIT sensor? I know the RAMAIR kits have an extension and a provision for relocating it in the RAMAIR base, but where can you position it with the mini K&Ns?

I stuck mine inside a small filter right out in the airflow. Of course that was back when the R3T was brand new. I suspect people have better suggestions now.
