Just ****

Wow, picked up my Scorched Yellow (really kinda butt ugly color, but clearly the fastest) R3 today and rode it 75 miles home. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not a Harley Dyana Wide Glide (owned it for 180,000 miles), not a Yamaha V-Max (owned one 72,000 miles), not anything I have ever rode (BMS K1200, R1200c, Moto Guzzi) . . just ****!! Excelleration is Phenominal. Braking is seemingly great ( more than a little tenative until I have some parking lot time to practice), but I avoided any situation in which I would have to "panic stop." Cornering was unbelievable! I was able to negotiate right, left, right and left, right, left hard turns with only knee influcance. ****, what a ride. I have a lot of work to do until I am at ease with this beast, but 120 miles into the first day I am soooooo pleased!!! :mrgreen:

I wish i was out riding at the moment but it is friggen soooo hot here today 41 deg C in the shade so it well over 100 f

I wish I was out riding also but its raining and only 4 'c , slight different reason to jdonly1 .

The first proper ride was awesome for me also .Memorable .

Congrats on the new found love post up some pictures of you and the banana Rocket. I love that color, and it looks great with that black engine as well.
